These terms apply to anyone who uses Playlistify, with or without an account. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Playlistify.
You must be 18 or older, or use Playlistify with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Give accurate information when you sign up.
Playlistify is for your own personal, non-commercial listening. Do not copy, record, download, rip or redistribute the music, other than through the app's own "Save for offline" feature, which keeps songs inside the app on your device. Do not access the service with bots, scrapers or other automated tools.
Playlistify does not own the recordings it plays and claims no rights in them. All rights in each recording and the song it contains belong to their respective owners, such as record labels, composers, lyricists and performers. Nothing in these terms gives you any right in any recording. If you own the rights to something on Playlistify, see copyright and takedowns.
You are responsible for what you add to Playlistify: your profile and photo, playlist names, messages, song memories, time capsules, listening-room chat and anything you submit. Only post material you have the right to share. You keep ownership of it, and you allow Playlistify to store it and show it to the people you choose, so the service can work.
If you submit a recording through Share your music, you confirm that you made it or hold its rights, and you allow Playlistify to stream it to listeners free of charge, credited to you, until you ask for it to be removed.
Do not use Playlistify to:
Playlistify may remove any material, or suspend or close any account, that breaks these terms or the law, or after a valid notice from a rights holder. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are closed.
Playlistify is provided free of charge, as it is and as available. Features, songs or the whole service may change, pause or end at any time, and there is no promise that any particular song will stay available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Playlistify and the person who runs it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and their total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover any loss, claim or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from material you post or from your breaking these terms.
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using Playlistify after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
